I hate how everyone’s first thought is to jump to she’s probably out for herself and I’m like 👀 bitch

Ok so on the one hand, her saying her desire to run away I’ll return once her anklet is taken off is not the best look and seems obstinate for no reason like her life could be so much worse. However, she’s a tsundere so being vulnerable emotionally is just the hardest experience ever ever so her just talking Matteo is gonna be tough. Also he hides behind snarky grins so who’s to say he’s trustable.

I hate the line “I’d finally get to see [Aria] again. She’s get me through this. She always did.” What happened to miss independent? You got her and yourself into shit and now you want to rely on her again?

i feel relieved honestly bc reading the first two books is the most headache-making thing. i’m glad matteo is obsessed with gianna and gianna also silently desires him too.

So far pleasantly surprised. The first 4 chapters were other book recaps from Gianna and Matteo’s perspectives which is fine since it quickens everything and gets right to the point.
