Don’t just use the mean - also look at the mode and the median, reminded me of my statistics class.

Not really eye opening, but the first chapter reminded us about polls and how biased they are. It cannot be escaped, is a never ending war - biased is introduced everywhere it is the reality of things. So as a consumer, reader, whatever we have to ask questions and understand how polls were conducted and what biases might have been introduced.
