Not really eye opening, but the first chapter reminded us about polls and how biased they are. It cannot be escaped, is a never ending war - biased is introduced everywhere it is the reality of things. So as a consumer, reader, whatever we have to ask questions and understand how polls were conducted and what biases might have been introduced.
