Ugh, this will be a struggle. Sounds already like this is going to be a book that criticizes current standard of care, making dramatic claims about success which have led to fad social media followings. But, unlike what the title says, why doesn’t anyone with “holistic” treatment approaches (a true misnomer and derogatory) actually DO THE WORK and show the data??

I know the info is needed, but holy cow balls is it overwhelming and depressing so far. The second half is finally giving solutions. Good thing because if I didn’t make it this long, I might thrown in the towel from hopeless caused by reading this. This is the result of reading a book about trauma when you have trauma.
