- Glycogen wants to get stored OUT of the fat cells out of your liver to burn it for energy
- Insulin resistance is when the cell can’t hear the insulins message so there’s too much shit in bloodstream. That’s caused by high glycemic foods and inflammation
- Lower the carbs and have high protein and fat to keep these two balanced!
