This book has been frustrating. Jameson and Emily are so freaking childish. I hate their hot and cold relationship. They have some serious anger/temper issues. They keep slinging accusations at each other and then make up??? And the fact that he's total player isn't making this easier. Plus, he's kind of her boss. I don't know what Emily is thinking. At least the sex is hot.... but still. What the heck lol.

i hate this book, the writing sucks, both main characters sucks. the only reason i havnt dnf-ed it is there supposed to be heavy groveling from the mmc and it hasn’t happened yet. like how does this have 4 stars???

Why would she tell her coworkers “i don’t believe they become this friendly this quick” about what is going on between her and her boss??????

I’ve listened to this book and read it. So far I like reading it better maybe bc I’m used to going at my specific pace. I also like being able to imagine the voices of the characters. The female voice was kinda annoying me and the male voice isn’t hot at all. I’ll still be listening to it bc I have a long car rides but I enjoy the book much more when I read it myself weirdly enough
