These types of books are hard for me to get into. Short stories or books of essays feel pointless to read sometimes but I’m trying to push past that. This book is a great way to do so! I’m thoroughly enjoying it, especially by taking it one story at a time.

There is nothing more special than coming across a book that while you read it feels as though you’re the one who’s written it.

“There is a difference between the fear of upsetting someone who loves and the danger of losing them. For a long time, I couldn’t separate them….Hurting those we love is survivable. It id inevitable. I wish that I could have done less of it. But no matter how much of it I did, I would never have lost her”

Trying to get through this quickly. So far it’s not DNF worthy, but it is feeling a little slow
