This book has altered my mental health lately. It’s been incredibly exhausting to read the darkest experiences and feelings I’ve felt in life, written in so many ways, by so many people. Many aspects of this book are universally relatable, and at other times very specific. I’m triggered as a daughter, and as a mother. I have to take very frequent breaks just to cope and process out of self defense.
