Status Updates From Vicio propio

This phenomenal! Imagine Fear and Loathing as a noir but the main character is a good person (sry hunter). There isn’t a single unlikable character, i love their quirks and anecdotes, like the pathetic pimp and the cop “Bigfoot” who’s obsessed with phallic deserts. LA feels alive, filled with seedy hippies and post 60s paranoia. The part about the etherial surfer might be my favorite thing I’ve ever read.

Loving the writing so far, not sure why I bounced off of it so many times before
