The book Getting Things Done for Teens by David Allen talks about the things that can make teens stress out and what they can do to manage their time. It has different graphs and charts about stress and the most common things that can make a person stress out and lose sleep. Over all this was an amazing book and even though the book is for teens, I think anyone could read this book.

I learned how to manage my schedule and some helpful tips to keep me engaged and use my time Wiseley. In the book it taught me that I can look at my location, time, and energy to decide what is the most important thing to do now. When I am at home I can do subjects like English math and social studies but when I am outside I can do film. This book taught me how and why I should focus on important goals.

Listening to this audiobook to see just how big of a loser my niece will think I am if I give this to her.
