The king can communicate to Lin via his mind interesting… But omg his gloves were hiding his blackened fire TALONS WTF. So he killed the Malgasi’s captured phoenix to end its torture and it gave him its powers. MALAGASI NEED TO DIE. And soon it’ll be reborn and king will be ded. So Con has some phoenix powers too and Lin is castellanes only hope…no pressure.
