Audiobook, read by the author! Would probably recommend the audiobook version - so far, so good!:)

Today I learned Retta can’t wear heels because of a past, severe ankle injury, and it made me feel better about realizing (earlier this year) I can’t wear heels because of my ankle injuries, either!

Loving this book so far! I only know Retta from Parks and Rec, which hasn't been mentioned yet, but she has such an interesting life and career before Parks from what I've read.

Listening to the audiobook, which she narrates and is superior to physically reading cause of the extra cursing and slang used throughout.

I think I'm just not as into Retta's life as I thought I would be.

Ok, I really hope she stops talking about how much money she spends soon. I don't need pages and pages about how many designer bags she buys and how she had to humble herself to fly coach once.

This book was ok, not great. I’m abandoning it because my library loan ran out and I’m not that interested in finishing it.

I don't want to finish this book because then it will be done, and Retta hasn't written another one yet. ARGH! #readingproblems

I agree with Retta's opinions on the following things: TV is life, my bed is my favorite place. being a bridesmaid is a damn nightmare. (I also refuse to wear a strapless or spaghetti strap dress and/or plan anything.) Costume parties are a hassle and I refuse to attend!
