5. We don't want to live in the past. Or dwell on the past. Or run from the past. But we can reflect on the past to help is see that God can make all things new.

3. Is thinking on your to-do list? It should be. And the strategy for being productively thoughtful is to dwell long and hard in ideas that uplift rather than drag down. Maybe start with Colossians 3:2 "Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things." Read things that have at least been proofread. (Ie. not just tweets!)
