Status Updates From Don't Let Go

Turns out Ellie was keeping secrets. I understand why but it still sucks that it feels like a 15 year betrayal. I feel bad for what Maura had to do just to get away from gov officials. I'm glad that Augie was asking Nap the main question of what does this all lead to, whether he's right or not is this all worth it. I also have a theory that the gov officials thought that Diana was Maura and mistakenly killed her.

I can feel the plot thickening. :o

I have to start off by saying principal Deborah Keren is my favorite character so far. I don't know why but I love her. Any who, Nap is seemingly getting closer to the truth. Hank was probably tested on and every person in the conspiracy club, that we know of, cannot be contacted or are dead. It's a interesting feeling reading this as if it were a 1980s/90s story and then hearing stuff like the internet be relevant.

The book is interesting so far, however there are some things I have picked up in terms of writing style. The author, whether from the character or writing style, seems pretty lax with his prose. He also, at the moment, seems to over-explain things that, at least to me, could be revealed either more naturally or a bit later. Nap (Napoleon), seems like a lot; smart(ass), kind, badass. Also misses his brother.

Not read a Harlan Coben in years and now o remember why. Too many absolutely unbelievable twists, dull and predictable.

I was supposed to pace myself with this book and read only 30% of it last night. Before I knew it, I was at 60% and I didn't want to put it down, but trying to learn discipline here, ya know? ;)

It has been so good so far, there are cases related to each other that made me really think about the connection

Great read! I was right about my hypothesis on the ending! It's quite a shocker! Loved this one!

I'm sure the plot twist at the end is gonna be a shocker. I have my thoughts but truly can't be as simple as some government conspiracy right? I mean if so, why explain it out in detail before the ending? You wouldnt, just to lead me to believe that's what it is to keep me from focusing on what it REALLY going on. I really do love me some Nap! He's an amazing character.

This one is quite the nail biter! First Coben novel and won't be the last! I've got my suspicions as to what's going on, looking towards some freaky government cover-up conspiracy theory. I'm sure the ending when it finally reveals itself is going to be a doozey!! I'm flying through this one too! My 6th book read and it's still January!!

I was hooked with the prologue of this book!! I read those 9 pages and boom!! Instantly addicted!!

So very unputdownable!
