This is like choose-your-own-adventure with Connie Willis missed-conversations and stupid unbelievable spy adventures. I'm hate reading by now.

I was a bit confused for a while there, but I'm catching on.

So close to the end but I couldn't stay awake last night.

Loving all the twists and turns. I have no idea where Cashore is taking this story so I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to finish this tonight and find out.

So the house is eating people and Ravi Thrash is a small disaster.

This reminds me of The Night Circus for some reason. A less overtly magical version. The structure is fascinating!

Absoloutely confused... But it is fun, Love the snarky comments/relationships, have definitely laughed out loud a few times. I dont like that the characters are intentionally mean and nasty to each other sometimes, although I feel like thats how some people are to each other. * Patiently waiting for it all to make sense*

Whenever I read mysteries or adventures I'm reminded that I am so not a Gryffindor.

This is starting to feel more like Kristin Cashore, but I still don't love it.

Super cool

This is reading a bit like a Vivian Vande Velde, which is the highest of praise. So far, this is excellent.

I'm already 25 pages into this book and I've determined that this is the girl version of Ready Player One, in that it keeps making references to girl stuff and explaining the references. To be fair though, it's infinitely less cringey than Ready Player One.

I’m enjoying this, but it was written in a manner that is exhausting to read. There are no chapters, so the only breaks are the ones between sections— only 5 in the 400+ page book.
