I just experienced one of the biggest plot twists while reading this book. This is why I love Mitch Albom's work.

I think I'm in love with this book.

This is a wonderful book.

One must indeed test the strings in this life, bounce the bow, what the mouthpiece, prepare for the deeper music that follows.

Loving it so far, and reading these good reviews just makes me more motivated to finish this book. Albom truly has a gift for storytelling! Just finished Part 1 which ended on a heartbreaking note, but hopeful that things brighten up for Frankie soon!

My god. That is one of the best books I have ever read. I had chills, tears.... All of it. I don't even know how to review it. There are no words to describe its beauty, or its ability to slow my heart rate to a gentle beat -- just like Music. Absolutely magnificent.

This is soooo cool! Music itself is the narrator, and there are great references to composers, styles, vocabulary, lyrics, artists ... everything I love about music. And it's all woven into a beautiful story about a boy saved by music.

One of the best books I've read in a long time. Pretty emotional for me. Don't typically read emotional stuff. Very good and I highly recommend it.

I was worried this book would bore me to death. It didn't sound like a Mitch Albom book, but I loved all his other books. I won this on goodreads and I'm glad I did! So far I'm enjoying the story, love the writing style (as always with this author), and it's been hard to put down! Looking forward to finishing it this weekend!
