This book is riveting! My heart is captured the entire time I am reading it. So much love, so much sadness, so much forgiving, and so much music. I don't want the story of Frankie Presto to end, but the end has come and it is the most beautiful ending I could wish for. A tale like no other.

Again Mitch Albom delivers and doesn't disappoint.

Amazingly woven to chronicle a full life. I wasn’t sure after the first little bit, but then couldn’t let go.

"In losing his father, Frankie regained his name."

Only when you know the story can this line have the greatest impact.

As life goes on, you will join other bands, some through friendship, some through romance, some through neighborhoods, school, an army. In each band you join, you will play a distinct part, and it will affect you as much as you affect it.
