Ive read a couple pages of this book and it is really technology based like time travel stuff like that if you guys like technology this book is amazing (So Far)

The events leading up to page 226 were suspenseful. The reason they were suspenseful was because the fog was accelerating its speed to Aukland, their home. Also, they were going to send Fats to the telephone tower to set up the Chronophone, the device they use to send messages to the past. But it was a mistake letting Fatboy go when Tane read a message saying "FTBYDNTGO" which obvously means "Fatboy don't go"

The part of the book i'm on is important.
The reason its important is because Tane and Rebecca are figuring out the plans on the device they are going to use to send messages to the past and receive from the future.

Too late to stop it. Though valiant effort was given, they just couldn't stop the fog. Thus, through a series of events Tane and Rebecca ended up back at the submarine, waiting to transmit messages back in time. And they simply make it stop raining.

Now criminals, they brainstorm ways to get back inside. While this happens, a strange white mist has developed and has started to grow.

The fog started growing in size, then suddenly consumed a city of 50000. A national emergency was set out in warning of this fog. A portion was taken in to analyze.

Tane and Rebecca realize that maybe they weren't meant to stop it, maybe they were meant to hide from it.

Once they break in, they quickly realize that they were not the first ones in. Something had broken in before them. Before they know it, the military has them pulled out onto a boat, in fear of some pathogen that was released.

More messages come in, and they must now break into a laboratory to stop a potential virus from being released. They search for more patterns in the data and start to come up with them. With the help of their newly purchased submarine, they slowly make their way towards the lab. The lotto money supplies their trip, along with all their tools and gadgets.

Get a bunch of random gamma ray data and then try to find pattern inside of the info. They find one, and after a lot of heat unravel the information. It's lotto numbers, sent from the future, and they proved this because they just got $6000000 richer. But, it seems his brother had taken the money.


This discovery proved that people were sending messages through time to them.

"If you cannot send a signal to someone in the past because a device hasn't been created yet, who's to say that we can't receive a message from someone in the future?"

Summary so far: 2 teenagers, Tane and Rebecca one day find a string of cade made up of 1's and 0's but they didn't know that it was an SOS from their future selfs sending the message back through time to warn them to get ready for an ecological doom, the mist. Nobody knows that much about it but it has to do with a missing town of about 50K. The story takes place in Aukland, New Zealand. They find out the mist moves.
