I’m listening to this on audio for the second time (last read 5 years ago) as a motivator while doing those mind-numbing home care tasks like the dishes and decluttering. It works 👍🏻

Ok getting a little repetitive now but I get the purpose of why. I may not be the target audience as someone who has ~controlled clutter~ but regardless I am learning how to manage clutter.

So…still trying to figure out if I even count as part of this book’s target audience or not. I’m already semi-clean and semi-tidy by habit, but I just want to get better. Although, this will probably help me for when I have kids. Lol

Dana's tasks so much sense to my ADHD brain! I've been attempting the 1 load of laundry a day method, too and I forget it about the load more often than I don't. Time to try laundry day... Again. Why do I feel the need to change something that always worked before? Boredom. Oh, ADHD how I loathe you BUT I WILL conquer you! Someday...

Good old TPAD. Even reading through two chapters of the book took less time than I thought it would! Lol.

What I’ve learned so far:
Make dishes and 5 min clean up a daily task.
Schedule mopping/bathrooms/etc.
Have a designated laundry day.
Key to success? Routines!
