This is a good book, but really needs a serious editor to come through and cut about 30%...

Very thorough and clear book so far. I'm a little bit distracted by all the testimonials,but I can't understand she's adding them for the motivation factor. I do appreciate that she cites research during her explanations. It helps me to have more confidence in her thoughts and in what she's explaining. I can't stand a book that just says a bunch of ideas with nothing to back it up besides, "But it's true!"
