So far, so bad... (I hate to tell this).
Two of tree protagonists are hateful. I am so glad I chose audiobook over a regular book, otherwise I couldn't stay focused on the story.

I hadn't been thinking about reading this title, however, I found out they're preparing a stage play based on this novel, therefore I changed my mind :)

I’ve become bored with the characters I’m afraid! They are stagnant and boring now! He needed to bring in more diverse people to the story to keep the book from becoming repetitive. One gangster is, after all very much like another!

Vacation has ended without me having read a book for my leisure.. so I pushed through with reading this book and it turned out unexpectedly good.
From the looks it though, I’m going to have to interrupt myself because priorities awaits.. There will be penance for me choosing to read this and ‘wasting’ precious time, instead of focusing on acads.

„To kostelníkovi taky,“ odpověděla farářka. „Ale narozdíl od tebe nekňourá."

I must confess that, having struggled with the characters, their predicament and the knowing wink to the reader that the book seems to have in lieu of a plot, after putting it down I've not really been tempted to pick this back up again.

It’s hilarious, just like the author’s other book.

I liked the characters but nit enough to keep reading. I’d expected something as original as “The Girl Who Saved the King of Sweden,” but was disappointed in this book. I got about one quarter through and lost interest.

Bekannte Raffinesse in der Wortwahl aber die besten Ideen für die Handlung wurden definitiv schon für die anderen beiden Bücher verwendet.

Reading this book is taking me a lot more than I've thought it would.
J.J., what happened to us? I used to devour every word you wrote and missing sleep, eyesight and sanity over you.

ok, so i didnt think this book was about god but it is, and its not bad. i normally hate when books surprise attack their religiousness onto the reader but because one character, the former priest, is anti-god, and the former hitman is pro-god, it's made it fun and enjoyable. its just really not what i expected at all
