cool to read the original text the postmodernist module was based on but much of this book just seems like michel foucault posturing about how Many Things He Knows

“Do not ask me who I am and do not ask me to remain the same: leave it to our bureaucrats and our police to see that our papers are in order. At least spare us their mortality when we write.”

to be fair mainly reading this in english, just a couple chapters i read in french when i had the energy.
one of my fav intros by foucault, second to use of pleasure. the whole “i write to have no face” had my thighs hot.
it’s getting more confusing as i get along. really have to slow down with every sentence. he’s really doing a lot here with methodology and honestly can i say “discursive metaphysics”?
