It's taken me half a year to get a third of the way through. This is the oddest, least engaging story. I was not grabbed in the first few pages and am still not committed a third of the way through. It's NOT that shades of grey book - although it's pretty filthy in an entertainingly well written way. The problem I'm having is the idea that I have to suspend all reality for the rest of the storyline.
