It kind of sucks? Or falls short of what I thought it would give. I expected more of an emphasis on the sisterly bonds and relationships between women but really, it's all about romantic love and shallow understandings between sisters.

The movie feels more magical than this- I hate to say it.
They all have powers but they don't like intentionally use them as much as I thought they would. It seems that their powers have a lot to do with their looks and attractiveness. Sad that Officer Hallet and Sally aren't drawn to each other because of a spell she created as a child. lol I loved that.

I would die for Buddy the Rabbit and I swear if anything happens to him. I'm closing this book.

It's so sad to see that Sally has shoved her inner magic down and out of her so bad that she thinks that magic doesn't exist.

Loving/hating the jealousy coming from Antonia when she sees Kylie. Its really funny to see how the Owen's Family genes work. Kylie is quiet, almost submissive like her mother was (who also shares the same features). But Antonia is like a meaner version of Gillian. Gillian is Regina George and Antonia is like Heather Chandler lol

Lilacs instead of Roses. Lilacs are for rebirth and innocence. Not really something I would associate Jimmy with....

So I fully expected this to be nothing like the movie but here I am, shocked that it's nothing like the movie haha
The characters so far are the same albeit a bit older than the movie so at least I know who's who.
