I am really struggling with our FMC. I don’t love how she is treating the MMC and if you were to reverse the roles of them, I think a lot of people could be up in arms about assault and the likes.

If you want a book where the MMC heavily feels for the FMC, this could be a good choice. Similarly if you want a book about writers with diversity rep, this could be a good choice.

Some sex action better happen soon bc idc if meeting your hero broke your dreams, throwing a book at him, scaring him, and causing him to bleed at a book convention should ABSOLUTELY get you cancelled. If there won’t be any character growth, at least give me some damn smut.

i feel like most of this book is just tropes to force the main characters together to get them to sleep with each other…. the sadly don’t have any real chemistry outside of their miraculous lust
