I love Susan Elizabeth Phillips, my GR friends know it.
But damn, she just basically killed me a moment ago.
First, she calls our precious "Parmigiano" "Parmesan" which, to any Italian person, feels like being stabbed in the chest.
Then, she writes that Spaghetti Carbonara are made with garlic! That's pretty much culinary blasphemy. Remember that, NEVER put garlic in that dish.
