Ah, here’s the “Knives Out” Ransom pub scene but with an Annie/Saxon alliance. I’m glad she isn’t falling for his BS - he has a devious plan up his sleeve. This strategy to “catch Walt” is convoluted & I hate it.
I still think the killer(s) is someone they haven’t even considered yet.
I like Jenny - the book needs more of her.

After my last notes on suspects, I came up with a theory none of the characters have thought of yet - how Emily ended up with Frances’s coat when she died. Fran had taken it back during the barn fight - but somehow Emily’s corpse was wearing it. The person who had Fran’s winter clothing last may not have killed Fran but does have a very protective relative that might. Just a theory.
Saxon is still a creepy MF.
