Status Updates From Rotten: No Irish, No Blacks...

i dont think i am going to finish this book. i usually push through a book no matter what the content, but i think i want something less negative right now.

I'm not sure I want to finish this book...it is really dragging along. It doesn't have any definite time-line, and feels like a string of random memories and opinions from a series of fairly random people.

The story itself is definitely becoming more engrossing; however, John Lydon isn't a particularly sympathetic narrator, making the book a bit of an aggrevating read (which Lydon probably intended). In any case, to be able to listen to the Pistols' music while reading about it completely immerses a reader in their art.
