Status Updates From The Happiness Project

I usually don’t read books that are highly personal in nature because I prefer to learn from tried and true /nerdy science books. I am really enjoying this book so far though. I guess sometimes it helps to know what other “normal” people are doing on a daily basis to be happy rather than trying to self diagnose and cure based on clinical studies and experiments.
