Status Updates From La mujer de papel

DNF @ 100 pages. Strong beginning, but all of the energy is in the past, not the meandering present. It’s a slow meditation, chronicle, of an older woman’s life. There’s nothing that really interests me, compels me to keep reading. Feels pretty basic. No drama or strong characters or storyline. Maybe for others, but not for me (a shame, because the sentences are pretty good). No fire to it.
