I love this book - she talks so sensibly about being a veterinarian, and the compassion she has to her patients and their owners is touching... I love her way of dealing with magical animals, that is, how she makes them function, react, act... I get the feeling she's talking about real animals. And some of her ideas, like that fairies are sort of insects... fascinating.
