I am not enjoying this one bit. Everyone I've talked to has recommended it so highly though that I am determined to stuck with it to the end.
I have been wrong many times when reading a book and I hope that soon I will fall in love with Swift's prose and that this will become as magical as others tell me it should be.

The prose requires my close undivided attention but at no point has it demanded my close undivided attention.
So far it feels convoluted and overly complicated like Swift us trying really hard to be a great writer.
I'm going to stick with it though. Maybe he'll win me over by the end.
