Nice writing...as often with novels written from one character's POV, I am having trouble getting to know the MC. Which demonstrates the usefulness of the good old-fashioned omniscient narrator.

This book just keeps getting better. The author has captured much more intrigue and suspense in this book. I loved the first two books for their historical detail and captivating story line and characters. This one really develops some of the minor characters and makes them very multi-dimensional. At this point I think this is her best book.
