Status Updates From Playing with Wildfire

There's a lot to love about Pritchett's writing and stories. She is MEGA talented and deserves far more readers.

But she does have a strong tendency to recycle and cannibalise her older works into her newer ones (= plagiarising herself) which gets a bit eye-rolling once you notice.

A complex, non-linear, experimental novel about a monster wildfire and climate change as it affects the Western states in the US.

Very powerful in style and message. Definitely something for experimental literature fans and those interested in climate issues. By the same author as "Stars Go Blue".
