I knew it would end in a cliffhanger the moment i started the book but now that I'm so close to the end I'm actually scared to continue sjfks

this book is moving along slowly, slug’s pace

Idk why maybe it's because a lot happened in red and white london involving magic but seeing Ned helping Tes in grey london and her feeling at peace in this world made me emotional

i’m too stupid for all these different names and plot lines

I can't wait for Tes and Alucard to meet not only because they can both see the magic threads but also because they can bond over their older sibling and father issues

okay now this book actually makes sense

After loving the Shades of Magic series SO MUCH, I was worried about diving into this book- worried I wouldn’t remember the details and adventures endured with my beloved Lila and Kell and Rhy and Alucard- but it’s coming back! And Lila and Kell are already making me grin like a fool as I read. Starting off meeting new characters was a risk- but it worked- I’m invested and excited!

So sorry to everyone who voted over…

There are so many POVs and I can’t wait to see how they all intertwine
