such a cool book that looks at global response and individual experiences during a zombie war

What a fun read for history nerds like me. This scratches my itch for content that focuses more on the societal and geopolitical implications of a zombie apocalypse, rather than the tired tropes we get from mass media movies and series.

Now I get how this was such a long, hard war.

gonna need this to pick up soon ………..

What royalist bullshit is this

the premise was so interesting and i love the different narrators with their accents but i can’t explain how bored i am even tho this is about a zombie apocalypse and how it’s affecting the world

uh oh it’s a little boring

My dad and brother watched this movie yesterday and from the pieces I witness it looked good. Decided to read it. Here is to mixing things up I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️

Damn ok

I feel like it lost steam by the end. When we got to the fighting back part, a lot of the unique concepts/narratives got pushed back in favor of more military-oriented chapters. For me, a lot of the standout chapters were more of the character focused ones and so I wished there were more of that, especially towards the end.

A strong beginning and middle, but the gimmick overstays its welcome in the end.

Enjoying this a lot and absolutely blazing through it, BUT the frequent over the top stereotypes and stupid politics is definitely a thing

This book rocks if you ignore the mostly very stupid politics

I am enjoying this. Very Foundation-ish. I should also continue reading Foundation. Oops.
