Ok so far not great not awful, I do find the author to be a bit boring. I will continue this book and see if my opinion changes.

This is not going as I expected, but curious to see how the story continues to evolve.

I hope to finish this book this weekend; though that may be thwarted by other plans.

Setting this one aside for now. I know Everett Ruess will die and that his body will never be found. I'm sure he will continue to be a burden to his already burdened by the Great Depression parents by asking them to mail him supplies. Can't justify continuing to read this when my library books are piling up.
