This story was particularly sad to me. The tone was very depressing and this poor kid seems very misunderstood and discontent with his life.

This story did not make sense but it did at the same time. I don’t get the relevance of the one girl

Reading this makes me happy-sad for a bygone era. Something about the characters and the way the stories are told reminds me of old black and white film, of more innocent times.

The first story was a little disturbing

Salinger is so random and weird… I love it. I feel like we would have been friends.
