Barbara de la Cuesta has lived in South America and taught Spanish and English as
a Second Language.
She has published one novel, The Spanish Teacher, winner of the Gival Press Novel Prize in 2007. She's also received fiction fellowships from the NJ Council on Arts, the Virginia Center and the Millay Colony where she completed the trilogy of novels, Adam's Chair.
