Peter Hunter wrote the Book "Breaking the Mould" , a collection of stories about what happens when ordinary people are allowed to become powerful.

From those stories Peter has taken the lessons that have allowed him to develop the revolutionary management philosophy that is called Breaking the Mould.

Peter has pioneered the implementation of this process.

Peter went to sea at an early age and progressed through three different Navies finally serving a commission as an Instructor in the Royal Navy where he spent the last five years of his commission as a rocket scientist at the Royal Naval Submarine base, Faslane.
