I'm the Founder of Fluid Business Group, managing coach and creator of the Levels Framework® business growth model.

I have over thirty-five years experience in many aspects of business, from working in them, owning and growing my own companies to helping hundreds of owners build sustainable, balanced businesses that allow them to enjoy financial freedom.

I started writing my own business books as I felt there was an opportunity to help small business owners feel more able to reach their goals by sharing simple, clear, easy to implement advice. I'm passionate about helping people reach their full potential and cutting through jargon - my books are for people who perhaps don't love reading!
