Aleisha Brooks (formerly Gore) lives in Los Angeles. She has written over 300 songs and poems, forty sketch comedies, several film and TV scripts and novels. She continues to author novels and collaborate with both songwriters and filmmakers.

Reunion is her first contemporary romance. Her prior romance is an adventure, period piece called, Isabella’s Letters. She was excited to venture into the contemporary romance genre as she felt there were stories inside her that needed to be told, “Adventure, romance, family, intrigue, sci-fi, there is a world inside me that must be freed,” and indeed, there is more romance coming.
