Hedley Rees is a passionate advocate of paradigm shifting modernization in the pharmaceutical industry.

He authored Supply Chain Management in the Drug Industry: Delivering Patient Value for Pharmaceuticals and Biologics, J Wiley & Sons, NJ in 2011.

Hedley is also managing consultant of the strategic supply-chain management consultancy PharmaFlow Ltd.

Prior to this, Hedley held senior supply chain management positions at Bayer UK, British Biotech, Vernalis, Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics (then a J&J Company) and OSI Pharmaceuticals (now Astellas).

Hedley's early career was spent as a production and industrial engineer in the automotive, consumer durables and FMCG sectors.
