While recovering from an auto accident, Kathryn woke in the night with a story segment in mind which had occurred many times over the years. She took pen and paper in hand and the end result, While I Breathe, I Hope. This historical romance has received wonderful 5-star reviews and its sequel will be complete by Spring, 2012.

Kathy and her husband Danny live in a quiet rural community of North Carolina along with their two dogs, Tanner and Barney. Her interests are gardening, working in the yard, camping, researching family genealogy, and golf. Her favorite pass time is sitting on the beach with pen and paper creating another novel.
