Hi my name is Adeleke Kayode. I am the author of Noble. I have been writing for a while but Noble is my first published novel. A little trivia fact for those interested Noble was originally titled Noble Cause but the name was changed since there is a comic series called Noble Causes which revolves around a superhero family.

Anyway I have been writing since I was in elementary school around sixth grade or so. The reason I started writing is kinda funny my older brother told me one day that he didnt believe I could write a story. So to prove him wrong I took out a notebook and pencil and began writing. I never quite finished the story that I started writing because I kept changing it as I came up with new ideas.

Like a doctor doesnt come into the office and say I have doctors block so I cant operate on anyone today. I think its a state of mind where creative is flowing the least. The best cure is to write. Not everything is going to be a masterpiece but every time you write you have a chance to better yourself. So even when you dont feel it write a little it helps.(less)

A Critic but not Critical

In the previous blog post Writers' Eyes I pointed out how I started to see the foundation of a story once I began writing.

So what that ends up entailing a lot of the times is me being a critic of different works. Yes I am a critic. When I don't like something it typically won't be because I simply don't like it.
