"Chris became very weak during his journey, and reported in his journal of his health. When it was time to go back the river Chris essential crossed in the winter thawed out, and was too strong to get across. He became very ill, and couldn't go out a catch food, or keep himself warm which lead to his death. Chris was a very smart, unique individual, but he lacked the necessary things for Alaska's vast plains." — Jan 17, 2017 05:21PM
