As a new author positive feedback is wonderful because I never know how my book is being received unless you tell me.
My second book is a book of short stories tentatively entitled Midnight, Castle of the Gods. Right now there are six stories and I may add a 7th. We are trying to get it finished by the end of February but that is probably overly optimistic. I am getting an education in the business of publishing and it is more involved than one would think. Plan on sometime in March and I will surely look forward to hearing from you again with your honest appraisal of the new book.

You can imagine my surprise to find that Mrs. Parker was living in Denver and even more surprised when she came to my book event in Bennett. She was a close friend of my mom and dad when we lived in Strasburg. We have pictures of Howell at our birthday parties and celebrations in the early 1950's. Wonderful memories. I am currently in Mexico and will be back in the States next week. I am about finished with my second book. This writing has been a wonderful experience. I would really like to get your honest response to my What is a Hero. Thank you again for reaching out.

Thoroughly enjoyable! I could relate to the characters and the plot twists were believable. A good book to read on a stormy weekend.
