David Wolf is a retired federal agent who served with several law enforcement and investigative agencies during his thirty-two-year career with the U.S. Government. They included the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Police Service, U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Investigative Service and Defense Security Service (DSS). He also served with the U.S. Army Military Police in Vietnam and Germany from 1969 to 1972. In 2005, Dave retired as Special Agent in Charge of the DSS St. Louis Field Office.

Why did you write a book?

Since I've had my first novel published, I'm asked that question on occasion. The presumptive answer I give is, I had a story to tell and I wanted to share it with others in hopes it would be entertaining to some. No preconceived notion of it being a bestseller or me being the next A-List author.
