Wayne Stolt resides in Old Village, Plymouth, Michigan. He has over thirty years experience working in the foodservice business, ranging from quick service, casual dining, fine dining, health care, catering, and teaching. Wayne has a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Eastern Michigan, and a Master’s degree in teaching from Wayne State University. He is certified in ServSafe and also teaches it.
