I am super curious -- Barbara Tuchman is a superstar historian, author of many acclaimed and even top selling academic histories. Do people think that naming the wife of the protagonist Barbra Tuchman is an homage, a coincidence or a deliberate irony to the fact that this character refuses to divulge the family history to her daughter?
